FULL Evaluation
Each Shoptalk employee evaluation includes a telephone interview, as well as an on site visit. Following are some of the specific areas which are evaluated:

TELEPHONE CONTACT:

    ON SITE VISIT:

  • Initial greeting
  • Establishing needs
  • Product presentation
  • Overcoming objections
  • Closing the sale

    NOTE: In addition to the above, shoppers examine the condition of the apartments shown, as well as the overall appearance of the community.

    Telephone Evaluation
    Telephone evaluations can be performed separately or as part of a full evaluation. Performing random evaluations on an ongoing basis can test for consistency in prompt, professional service. This will translate into the maximum number of callers being converted into visitors.

    Internet Evaluation
    An internet evaluation can be done separately or in addition to a full evaluation. These types of shops evaluate the appearance of the community's web site, as well as test for timely responses to e-mail inquiries.

    Leasing Training
    Leasing training is customized to meet individual client needs, but with an emphasis on telephone technique, qualifying and closing. Training can be done "one-on-one" at the site level, over the telephone in the form of a conference call or in a group setting.

    Miscellaneous
